There is no sound with this video and the actual test it’s about 20 seconds in. All you need is to use an interdental brush once a month to check indirectly on your immunity, and directly on the level of bacteria in your mouth. To improve both immunity and health use an interdental brush daily as part of your oral health regime. Every little helps.

The Link Between Oral Health and Overall Well-Being
Increasingly, we are recognising the connection between oral health and general health. In the UK, when you visit a dentist, they utilise a screening process known as the Basic Periodontal Examination (BPE). Unlike measurements such as blood pressure (BP) or body mass index (BMI), there is no digital device available for self-monitoring of your oral health; this requires a dentist or hygienist to assess.
However, as highlighted in our previous video, using an incidental brush correctly can empower you to monitor and improve your dental health scores, positively impacting your overall well-being.
