Scan once. Make what you need.
3D Dental is being rebuilt as a specialist service for dental devices made from digital scans — beginning with replica dentures for people at risk of losing them, and expanding into other suitable appliances.

Professional route →Replica dentures
For someone who relies on a familiar denture, losing it can be upsetting and disruptive. 3D Dental starts with a simple idea: record the denture before it disappears.
- Digitally record an existing denture while it is still available.
- Create a pathway for a spare or future replacement.
- Add denture identification where appropriate.
- Particularly useful for care homes and people at increased risk of denture loss.

More than dentures
Replica dentures are the current 3D Dental product. Gum shields, night guards/splints, retainers/trays and snoring devices are planned next. They will remain clearly marked Coming Soon — Awaiting GDC guidance until the appropriate route for each is confirmed.
Sports gum shields
Custom protection produced from a suitable scan, with pathways for individuals, clubs and schools.
Night guards & splints
Digitally produced appliances where assessment, design or fitting may require professional involvement.
Retainers, trays & snoring devices
A platform that can expand as digital dentistry, manufacturing and regulation develop.
Your Dental Vault
The future Dental Health Service Vault can hold scans, photographs and digital radiographs so people can keep and share their own dental information. Because that involves sensitive health data, we are not building it into this first 3D Dental website.
For now, 3D Dental will focus on the public website, product information and safe ordering pathways. The Vault can be developed separately with the security, consent, access control and governance it deserves.
Website first. Secure Vault second.
No medical images, radiographs or sensitive health records need to be collected by this prototype website.
3D Dental is being rebuilt around a simple promise.
Make digital dental devices easier to understand, easier to reproduce and easier to access — without treating every appliance as though it has the same clinical pathway.
